This article presents a NOT logic gate circuit based on single memristor, and analyzes it for different biological memristive samples extracted resistances. The simple resistorvoltage representation of the memristor in is used to formulate methodology tune parameters accordance with TTL voltage values. consists two resistors series memristor. input connected one end output drawn across connection second resistor, comprises steps, where, first step, ‘low’ TTLinput voltages are examined, evaluated ‘high’ voltages. reveals that there mínimum value TTL-input beyond which does not fall within TTL-output. proposed technique may be extended evaluate novel materials memristor-based logic.
